  • Ping Pong (Table Tennis) Robot: I made an actual working model for a ping pong robot, with four degrees of freedom. It was made from readily available components.
  • OBD-II Interface: Recently, the check engine light came on on my car. That made me do some research on how OBD-II works. I still haven't finished the project, but this link will have details of that project, and how I fixed the CEL (Check Engine Light) issue.
  • Car Computer: As an extension of OBD-II project, I have plans to put a small computer in the car.
  • Laptop Repair: Tips for Laptop repair from personal experience.
  • LCD Monitor Repair: I recently repaired an LCD monitor for a friend. I am still working on another monitor, and just a while ago, I bought three PC computers with integrated LCD screens, which have display issues. If I work on other LCD monitors, these details will go in here.
  • Misc Electronics Repair: Misc electronics consumer items repair will go here. Right now, I don't have much here, but with time, I plan to build this part of the log up, and catagorize the items further.
  • Watchtower: I always wanted to make my own VTOL (Vertical Takeoff and Landing) aircraft. I've played around with fixed winged RC planes, but don't find much fun in flying them. I only enjoy helping my brother build them. He does all the flying. I started this project in November 2009, but then came across the Windows CE EmbeddedSpark 2010 Challange, and decided to submit an entry for it.
  • Multilingual Watchman: Submitted an entry to Windows Embedded Spart 2010 Summer Challange. The platform for the contest was WES7 (Windows Embedded Standard 7) OS, and Advantech AIMB-212 SBC. The theme of the contest was Multimedia. Based on that, a multimedia security system was submitted.
  • G.E.I.S.H.A.: Submitted an entry to Windows Embedded Spart 2011 Challange. The platform for the contest is Windows Compact OS, and ICOP's VDX-6318 SBC. The theme of the contest is Experience Embedded. Based on that, a two-wheel self balancing robot (based on Segway's Personal Transporter) is being proposed with a very interesting user interface.
  • Immigration Website: This is not a real hard-core engineering project, but I thought that I'll include it here anyway.
